Ok so my computer won't boot into windows all the way, it gets stuck at the windows loading screen

My processor is running at 189F, I don't understand, that isn't that hot at all right?

Haha, I'm just playing dumb, but seriously, damn impressive for a stock clock of 2.67GHz core 2 duo, the max bios post speed was straight 4.0GHz, which produced the 189F temps

As my results show below, highest overclock in windows with successful benchmarking is 3.875GHz, temp was 159F or 70.5C

I LOVE THIS THERMAL ELECTRIC COOLER!!!!

edit: ohh voltages were as follows cpu core was at 1.75V and CPU FSB was maxed at 1.5V

thats what they were set at in the bios anyways

I dunno what a normal temp is for the Core Duo but my laptop's CPU is at 122 right now with a maximum reacorded temp of 179.

the max temp of any cpu before it pretty much pops and fizzles is usually 190F

lets just say i was praying that it wouldn't boot at 4.0GHz

I really didn't care either way though, i didn't pay for any of the stuff in my sig except my leftover audigy 2 zs sound card and plextor drive

I am so NOT trying that with the E6400 Core 2 Duo in my system: its the family computer after all. And my gaming rig on occasion.

The only other 'game' I've been running in the past 30 days is called QuickTax. Its that time of year again. Time to get my money back from the government.

You guys just make me feel.... so humble!
