I second that! I remember the first Rambo and this one is full of action!

I was VERY skeptical of the latest "Rocky Balboa" film, but after it received some great reviews and good ratings, I decided to rent it and found it to be very enjoyable.

I had no idea a new Rambo was in the works until I saw the trailer this week. After enjoying the Rocky film, I think I'll probably enjoy the new Rambo flick too. Way to go Sly on directing your own flicks!

Yeah, people always think that Sly is like the characters he plays. In particular, Rocky, who is punchy and kinda stupid. The guy is a pretty good actor, director and can write a pretty good script.

Sly is in pretty good shape for someone in his 60's. In Rocky Balboa, he was more ripped than the young guy he was boxing.

Yeah, the guy is pretty good all around. If I remember correctly, he wrote the screenplay for 'The Lords of Flatbush" back in early '73'. He also wrote, of course, Rocky and held out until he was the star of the movie. You gotta give credit where credit is due. Oh, I think he was in a porno too, but don't hear about that too much.

Damn, that movie looks even more awesome. I'll probably have to go see it by myself. There's no way my wife will want to see that.

Here's the official trailer. It's much more polished and a lot less bloody.

Well, to answer my own question... January 25, 2008!!! I actually saw a TV spot for it last night during the Pats/Ravens MNF Game.

Did anyone get a chance to check out the new Rambo flick? With all the snow and my kids activity's going on, I never made it out.

Not yet. My wife has no interest in seeing it so I'll have to go by myself or wait until a decent copy leaks onto the net.

My wife came home with the Rambo flick on DVD. Just got done watching it.

HOLY $#!%!! That was a bloody a$$ flick. Not for the kiddies, that is for sure. It was okay, but I probably will not watch it again. The story was not that great, but I was not expecting much after some of my friends told me about it. Still, I would recommend it if you watched the rest of the Rambo flicks.
