Let's see- I was 30 only a couple of days ago, but I grew up watching I Love Lucy and Howdy Doody on the only TV channel in Regina and I remember a filmed interview with Fidel Castro in his rebel camp in the Cuban hills aired on the Ed Sullivan show when he and the Americans were still friends.

So I guess it really is my 60th (says so on my birth certificate too...)
