Missed the trailers during the game... but damn!!! That was a good game! Two years in a row... some great, edge of your seat, 4th quarter football.

Why the hell would Paramount remove the trailer from YouTube? I guess they don't want a bunch of free promotion for their upcoming film? Idiots.

Not me... gotta get a sitter and then the wife and I may go see it on our 12th wedding anniversary (as she calls it... they are dog years to me, I say I've been married 84 years now )

I'm going to see it next week. However, the kiddies get out of school for the summer on Thursday, so it could be packed.

If you liked the first one, you'll really love this one. I'm not sure what movie critics were watching, but I think many went out of their way to bash this film.

The cost of the movie ticket depends on the time of day and the day of the week. Here it's around $11 for the evening, but I go in afternoons which is cheap ($7.95 CAD).

We have a five buck club at our local theater. If you show a card, you can see movies that have been out for a couple of weeks for $5. That and the free refills on all soda and popcorn, makes me want to see movies more.

Finally saw ROTF, since it opened at my favorite theater Friday night. ($3.50 - the price went up). Totally amazing. What a movie. Somebody really gets the point of making a movie with what's available to work with in 2009. Outdoes the original so much I can't imagine how they could top it in any future sequel, but we can hope. Needless to say, will be seeing it again soon.
