Sony Announces Slimmer $300 PS3 - Ships September 1st
Posted: Tue Aug 18, 2009 4:06 pmIt looks like the rumors were true. Sony announced today that they will be releasing a slimmer version of the PS3 on September 1 in North America and Europe. Aside from it being smaller, the only real differences between it and the original PS3 is support for BRAVIA Sync and the promise that it is quieter.
