Descent is a video game. There are three series. They may be making a fourth series depending on how this vote goes. The Descent community is a tight knit community of about 60 to 100 people. We need your help. The basis of Descent is a cross between a first person shooter and a fligth sim. You are a ship with primaries (lasers, projection weapons, etc) and secondaries (missles, rockers, etc) You have six degrees of freedom (up, down, left, right, forward, backward). The game is designed w/ no gravity (not cheesy like % 9. The reason why most ppl havent heard of Descent is becaus the companies that made it (Violition, Paralax, Interplay, Outrage Studios) didnt do a good job of marketing it. It is a very good game, and all i am asking is if you could spare a few killobytes and vote for it a Interplay's website.

it is, and that is why it must win, freespace is winning right now and all that is is a version of tie fighter xwing crapola, please vote as many times as you can for either descent or descent3, which ever is in the lead, this will bring a much needed game into the hands of many gamers thru interplay and clonecd, the descent community really needs your help, check my site for links

Descent rocks! Sad to say that my Descent 1 cd is messed up
But I've got the PSX version at least!
STILL haven't tried Descent 3 yet
I'll go buy it Monday...
