order an AMD XP 2200 from www.msibestbuy.com they charge my Credit card and its been 12 days and i still haven't gotten the CPU
i email them for 4 days straight and tried to call them but all i get is "our reps are busy with other Customer" i tried calling them all day but i still get that stupid message.
any ideas how to get my money back? will my CC company remove that from my payment?

If you did not pay your cc company, money is still yours - just call the cc pple & tell them the story. They should take care of that for you.

Like eliminator said, contact your credit card company ASAP and tell them the situation. They will most likely investigate the situation and return your money if the other party is at fault.

NewEgg definately is a good site to buy from. 12 days really isn't a long time to wait, unless they promised faster delivery.

well the shipping was 3 to 4 day. emailing them and calling them didn't work so it made me think they are doing fraud bussiness
