What would you choice be
Posted: Tue Oct 07, 2003 2:08 pmIf you were to buy a CD-ROM what would be your choice. Something with good if not excellent DAE, something thats fast, ok something thats quiet but thats not a must.

Posted: Tue Oct 07, 2003 7:02 pmLite On/JLMS 166S: Great rip speed, great read quality, and, it can read DVDs. Plus it's only a little more than $30 at newegg. If you don't want/need DVD, just grab a Lite-On CD-RW drive-they're cheap and fast, with great rip quality.
