Posted: Tue Jan 20, 2004 12:46 amActually, that sounds about right for a dual layer DVD - those read much slower than a single layer DVD. Single layer will rip up to about 16x. Dual layers usually half that, at best. It'll start slow, get faster, then slow down again after it hits the layer break.
