new lite-on 166s firmware

Yes I did. It slowed down reading of a plus dvd media with the bit set to dvd rom so for now I have gone back to the older firmware. It does tend to lose it towards the end of a scan of the rom bitset media so maybe they decided to limit the speed like normal recordable dvd's do in this drive.
It did read them at full speed just like a pressed disk before the upgrade, I haven't tested any other media with it yet so I may upgrade again and try other media and options.
