Creating 5.1 surround DVD

Im using an 8 track recorder to record a mates band. When this is done im going to transfer each individual track onto my PC and want to convert this into a 5.1 DVD Audio. Is this possible?
I have Adobe Premier Pro and Pinnacle Liquid 6.0
