CloneDVD Vs DVD2One

Hi

I know that both DVD2One and CloneDVD have their own compression engine to compress the original DVD to one disk.
Is there any difference in quality between the two? What is the preferred one to use.

Stelios

P.S. Also the difference (in quality) between AnyDVD and DVD Decrypter.

I'm a DVD2ONE fan.

I like that I can select which audio streams & subtitles to include with the movie.

I tried an early release of CloneDVD and didn't see that feature installed. It may have changed since then.

Edit: I see that CloneDVD Premium now has that feature...

I've been using clone and you can disable audio streams and like that as far as I've been able to tell. The latest version even gives you compression ratios for what ever you leave in so you can see how it's doing as you peel out unwanted stuff. You can also adjust some of the compression ratios of movie versus extras a bit.
Works pretty well so far for me.

Newer versions of clonedvd (1.25+, current is 1.28 I think) allow selection of audio streams, subtitles, offer compression ratios etc. It's a neat product now... and since dvdshrink is no longer free I think it's a top contender. I might just have to buy that one...

What are you talking about with that DVD Shrink statement  ? I just checked the website, in a mad, desperate dash :o , and still see it as Freeware. Am I missing something?

Perhaps I was thinking of something else, as I now do see it's still free. Must lay off the crack for a while.
