I've installed CDRWin 3.9b and i get the error:

NO CDR-ROM RECORDING DEVICE WAS FOUND ON THE SCSI OR IDE BUS.

what must i do to run the program correctly??

(i've installed the newest filmware)

Looks like your hardware isn't supported (yet). Wait for the next update or write a request to the author...
