Yup, the latest numbers are in, and Blu-Ray is still increasing their sales lead on HD DVD. Here's some pretty graphs and links to the official numbers:

The most important number that I see is this one though:
Disc sales since format inception: BD 100.00 : HD DVD 79.77
That means that since HD DVD came out last year (~2 months before and Blu-Ray players, and months and months before the PS3), Blu-Ray has sold 20% more movies, and growing!
Sales continue to improve for Blu-Ray also, despite Toshiba offering cheaper and cheaper player models. I guess more and more people are looking at the superior content selection on Blu-Ray, as well as the regular sale promotions on Blu-Ray movies (www.buy.com, www.bestbuy.ca currently), and look at the long term financial benefits, and futureproof aspects of it.
I think it's fair to say that if this trend continues, the war could very well be over at CES 2008.
