Problems burning >80min with ASUS DRW-0804P

Picked up an ASUS DRW-0804P a few weeks ago. Great drive but I'm having problems doing the above with 90minute media. I've overburn-tested the drive and media, and have followed the web guide on getting Nero to overburn, but I always get an "Invalid Block Address" near the end. I've even upgraded the firmware to 1.19 and updated Nero to 6.3.2.0. Admittedly the only 90minute media I can find isn't of particularly great quality, but does anyone have any suggestions? Comp is a 2.6GHz with MSI 865PENeo2 motherboard, 1GB RAM, 9600 Pro, 120GB SATA hard disk. The ASUS drive is Secondary Slave (primary is an NEC 16X DVD-ROM) and burns everything else very well.
