New Lite-On Booktype Utilities

- Support for instant +RW booktype changing. (requires recent firmware; VS05 or newer, US0Q or newer, GS0P or newer)
- Support for new bitsetting format: separate +R/+RW settings and drive remembering settings after reboot and firmware flashing. (requires very recent firmware; BS41 is the only one known to support this at the moment) (post 1, post 2)
