How can I test burn quality of data dvds in Pioneer DVR-108?

I would like to test my newly-installed DVR-108 in order to see how it bunns a given type of media (in this case, Sony 8x DVD+R's) using both Roxio and Nero, at different speeds.
This is a very modest desire! Yet I am having some trouble doing this. I had hoped that Nero CD-DVD Speed would allow me to do this but when I choose Extra->Disk Quality Test, I get an "Error Initializing Test" message, evidently due to lack of PIO scanning. But I can not even get the "Extra->Advances DAE Quality Test->Create Test CD" to work, and the available documentation is sparse and poor.
I am much more concerned about burning data to disk than about burning audio but I need to find something that will let measure the burn quality of different media at different speeds in different apps.
Any ideas?

Thank you!

Okay, ignore the above post please; it seems that the latest version of DVDInfoPro supports PIO Scanning.
However....
Could someone please direct me to a page that will explain in a clear and simple manner, how one is to best use and interpret the results?

Thanks again!

OOOPS! Sorry Mr BhairaVP - I wrote this post before I saw yours; so I meant to ignore MY first post, not YOUR post.

Sorry!
