Hello,
I recently purchased a Dell laptop and I took the NEC ND-6500A with it because it was an 8X DVD-and+R and Dual Layer.
I can not seem to find any reviews on it.
I am wondering if someone could tell me if its good or bad ? and which media it likes to burn on.

There is a hacked firmware out there that does automatic bitsetting on single and dual layer DVD+R for this drive.
