Hi,

I have had my drive for about 6 months now. It seems that it only works when I push the tray in. It will play, burn. If I press the round silver button, it does not read dvd. Any ideas what that may be?

well since you mentioned the silver round button you must have the 107xl model, which means you might have purchased it in a retail store

if thats so, just return it and exchange it for same thing
