Open Nero
Select "DVD Video" profile
Click on the VIDEO_TS (Orange/Red) Folder
Find DVD files you are burning and click on one
Hit CTRL+A to select all files in the folder
Drag them across to the VIDEO_TS folder
Hit the burn button on top
In the burn dialog select your speed
Set the number of copies
Start burning

Easy as pie! :D

You could also just have DVD Shrink write to an image file (iso) and then you double click on the iso file after it's ready and Nero Express will pop up ready to burn it.

Shrink does not scan a DVD twice, it remembers the scan and does not repeat it. If you are using the quality settings, yes it will be slow the second time. But as has already been posted, you should just use another program to burn the created files or ISO for the second copy.
