What is Ta? Is that thank you or something?

Roughly translated = "give it here!"

Thanks dolphin :)

I couldn't figure out what it meant. I've never really heard the word used before.

That link actually makes it look like it's for the DVR-A07,DVRA08 XLA/XLB, AND A09 variants...

I always thought "ta" stood for "Thanks a lot"

It does look like this version supports any and all XL drives.

Justin42.

It does support those other drives. It's just a newer version that adds support for the new A09Xl drives. That's the reason I put the A09Xl in the title.

The old version, 105, supports the a08xl and below. Version 106 adds support for the new A09Xl drive.

Yeah, sorry it means "thank you" :)

PS it ain't exclusively used by the English (or "poms" [no offence intended to the English people of the forum]), as I'm an Australian. :)
