According to Digitimes here Frank Yeh is the President of Ritek USA.... but according to Ritek USA, he had his employment terminated as of April 19th 2005.

What's going on?

He was never the President. Maybe a sales VP, who knows. Their company's position were all mess up, fake titles everywhere.

It's just different subsidiaries. This is the main Ritek corporation where Frank worked for Ritek USA.

I'm curious to know how many Yeh's work for them.

Don't you know RITEK is cloneing the Yeh's.
That you guys still wonder it should be obvious that this is the project were the R&D money went because it's not in improving quality.(Or let me say it better the controle on the quality.)

I noticed that too. :)

Besides, even if it were the same 'Yeh', the article says "recently stated".
'Recently' is subjective. It could have been 7 or 8 weeks (or more) before the article was published online, meaning he could have made it while he was still employed there.
