DVD-R ok, but DVD+R "incorrect function"
Posted: Thu Jul 21, 2005 5:16 amHi. I have an ASUS DVD-0804P. I wrote till sometimes ago many DVD-s (+R and -R), but suddenly all DVD+R that I write aren't shown in Explorer ("incorrect function"), even if Nero reports burning OK. DVD-R works fine.
I upgraded firmware to the latest one (1.21), nero to the latest one (.15), downgraded firmware to 1.17 - nothing nero reports burning ok (which is true - I can see those DVD in another unit), but my windows explorer reports "incorrect function". What should I do? (I have already a bunch of blank DVD+R and I don't want to dispose them)
