Just wanted peoples thoughts on which is the better DVD Recorder + HD :
'Pioneer DVR-630H' OR 'Panasonic DMR-EH60' ????

BTW: the Pioneer DVR 630H can record to DVD-R DL(Dual Layer 8.5GB Discs)


I previously had a Panasonic DMR-E55 which worked great, BUT as the Pioneer are 'Made in China'
(compared to Japan for Panasonic), I wonder what Pioneer are like reliability wise as well ?

Stick with Panasonic but you may want to wait until the 4th quarter to make your decision as Panasonic typically releases their flagship products during that time...
