Sony DRX-500UL vs DRU -500A
Posted: Fri Nov 15, 2002 3:47 pmI just noticed that Dell has a Sony DRX-500UL DVD R/RW,+R/RW et. al on their web site with a USB2 & IEEE 1394 interface, External. This looks to be the same drive as the DRU-500 and appreas to use the same firm ware upgrades, 1.0d and 1.0e.

Have I missed something are are these the same drive in an external package?
