Hi!

There are long-lasting CD-R-media at http://www.inkjetart.com/mitsui/index.html. They should last at least 200 years.

There are long-lasting DVD-R-media at http://www.inkjetart.com/mitsui/dvd.html. They should last 100 years.

Where can I buy long-lasting HD-DVD- and Blu-ray -media? Where can I buy long-lasting DVD+R-media? Where can I buy long-lasting
CD-RW/DVD-RW/DVD+RW/DVD-R DL/DVD+R DL -media, if they even exists?

I don't think anyone really knows how long recordable Blu-ray or HD DVD media will last. The technologies are too new.

Personally, I wouldn't do any long term backup using CD-RW/DVD-RW/DVD+RW/DVD-R DL/DVD+R DL media.

Good question about DVD+R media. I don't think I've ever seen any companies advertising archival grade media.

Sorry to say but that is based on there own propaganda tests.
In C't (german magazine) there unbiased test results MAM-E/A Gold media was outperformed totally when it came to stabilty by TY.
Now the fun part is TY never made these way to overestimated claims of to high and total unrealistic ammount of years.
