Does anyone know where I can buy the clear type 2-CD Jewel cases or the DVD Cases that games like Call of Duty 2 for the PC come in (1 inch thick spine)? I need a few to store some of my games, but can only find slim DVD cases in stores, and single CD jewel cases or slim jewels.

Good question. I'm going to move this to the media section of the forum.

It helps if you tell us your general location. I'm assuming you don't want to order online if you're only getting a few pieces?

I live in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. I don't mind ordering online, just cannot seem to locate a place that stocks these types of things. I need about 5 of each.

http://www.effectuality.com/store/item. ... cdn/lng/en
$0.24ea (shipping not included) BUT

Note: For shipped orders there is a $2.50 administration charge on orders less than $20 and a $5.00 administration charge on orders less than $10.

Orders picked up at our BC or ON warehouses are not subject to a handling charge.

www.precisionsound.com
$0.72ea (shipping not included) no handling charges
(also has a sale on TY 8x DVD-Rs, 300pcs for $99.95 CAD)

I *WOULD* recommend Blankmedia.ca, but they require a purchase of 100pcs... you MIGHT be able to talk the owner out of the minimum (his name is Tom, he's pretty nice and knows me as The Digital Dolphin, feel free to drop my name)

I checked Staples, and they didn't have any double CD jewel cases...

I found this website as well, www.meritline.com

They have some decent selection as well. Thanks for the links.

I wish I had never put all my game CDs in that Case Logic CD Wallet, over time they have just gotten light scratches on them. Its really frustrating, my Quake 4 DVD disc, has only been used 3 times and it has so many light scratches, and its just annoying. Disc still works but I dislike those scratches.

Meritline is "ok" as a store. The ones I mentioned are all local to your province at least... this was done to decrease the chances of having damaged cases arrive

Shipping internationally is a good way to get broken jewel cases.... but you can do it if you like.
