Some FTP information requested.

Could you please refresh my memory by telling me how to view,
download,upload,delete,etc. files using FTP in DOS.WS-FTP has made life
easier,but I want to refresh my basics.I can just login in FTP site and
just can say bye at the end and dont remember anything else.I want to know how to start the transfer by showing the hash (#) marks for 1 Kb.
