How do you rip the commentary from a DVD to CD?

Everywhere I look there's easy ways to remove the commentary when reencoding to burn to a disc, but I haven't found a way to rip the commentary (i.e. director's, actor's) onto a CD into 1 file. IMTOO's DVD Ripper creates a bunch of small files and there's no easy way to know which is the commentary track. I'm looking for a program that will load the DVD, show me the audio tracks, let me play the beginning to easily find the commentary one, and then rip just that one file into one big file to the hard drive.

Suggestions?
Thanks!

1) Use DVD Shrink to rip the DVD, making sure to select ONLY the audio track you want.

2) Using MPEG Mediator, open the VOBs, then click "Start", "Extract Audio To Wav".

3) Edit and burn! Or convert to MP3, or do whatever :)

That's brilliant! I had used DVD Shrink but couldn't find a way to get rid of the video, even in Reauthor mode. I see now that I have to rip video AND audio and then extract the audio. Thanks! :)
