Finished installing the dvd-rw and I don't have a software to watch a DVD in it.

What freewares are available? Thanks. :iagree:

edit: Is there a codec or something that I can download and let Windows Media Player 9 play the DVD?

You need an MPEG-2 and AC-3 decoder plus a CSS decrypter...I recommend you try PowerDVD or WinDVD.

Media Player Classic should be able to play DVD and use any other video codec installed on your computer to play other video formats. VLC media player can play DVD.
