DLA, InCD, or DirectCD

I have been using HP DVD Writer dvd100i since November now. I like the burner, but not the bundled software, ecpecially not the HP DLA.

The bundled version did not work at all on W2K Swedish version. The updated version released in December did work, but did make my system very unstable... sooner or later it freezed my W2K during every Windows session when I tried to access the dvd (or sometimes when I used Internet Explorer). I had to reset the computer to go on (I couldn't turn it of).

Now I am considering testing Nero and InCD instead. Will I experience the same problems with InCD, do you think? How does DLA, InCD, and DirectCD compare to each other? Performance? Compatibility? Stability?

I'm no fan of DLA but it does support pretty much every type of format. If you use DirectCD, you'll be losing your ability to use DVD discs. If you use InCD, you'll lose your ability to use CD-R and DVD-R discs.
