DiscT@2 (Disc Tatto) Is it any good?

May not be the info you are looking for, but I'll respond.

For DiscT@2 to give good results, only certain types of media using certain dyes will give good results. (No, I don't remember which ones off-hand.)

These T@2s can only be done on unused areas of the disc. So, if you are like me, and an archiving data, and intend to use the entire disc, you'll never have a chance to make a T@2.

Simply put, for me, since I expect to use an entire area of a disc for data, I expect DiscT@2 to be a feature that I'll NEVER EVER use.

I'll re-think my position if they ever figure out a way to do it on a full disc of data.

the darker the dye (except black) the better the results look.
the best results are on Verbatim DataLifePlus 16x media, that is Metal azo dye, dark blue.
