Posted: Wed Dec 11, 2002 5:33 pmDoes anyone know how to get it to display the DVD Recordable information that it is supposed to? If I go to Disc Info with my DVD writer selected with a disk in the drive it doesn't work.

I know that most people can't afford Abex test discs, but you can use the discs you create for the Advanced DAE tests. I used an old one that had a ton of scratches on it and the test was able to run and find C2 errors.
Of course, these scores are probably going to vary from disc to disc. I'm still trying to figure out what each value signifies. Hopefully Erik will update his help file soon to reflect these tests.

They are special test discs. They have different ones that will test a drives different capabilities.
