Editing index marks

Hi,
I have a music CD with an offset in the index marks. When skipping to a new track, the first few milliseconds (just an epsilon, but annoying) are missing. If I extract the tracts using CDDAE, this starting bit is tagged on to the end of the previous track.
The nice thing about having a burner is that its probably possible to correct this in a copy- but I don't know how. The way I would try is:

The nice thing about having a burner is that its probably possible to correct this in a copy- but I don't know how. The way I would try is:
- copy the entire disk to hard drive
- use some kind of editor to reposition the index marks. I think a fixed delta for all indizes would do the job.
- add CD-Text while I'm at it
- burn the result on quality media.
