Overstock STINKS!

Just had a really bad experience with Overstock.com
It seems that you can't cancel any order and if you return an item (whether you tried cancelling it or not) they charge you a restocking fee and it's 15% on all electronics orders.

I ordered a Sony G420 19" for $299.99 (refurbished). It was supposed to be a present for a friend, but he already got a new monitor.
And I guess it should be moved to rants section.

www.resellerratings.com is good to check on placed out at. I like newegg.com the best. But just to let you know newegg.com does have a 15% restocking fee but they didn't charge me it when i returned something that wasn't that expersive so far.

Yeah, so far I like Newegg.
I recently ordered a CPU from them and they messed up a bit on the shipping (took too long), but I was able to call them, ask them to cancel it and it was automatically rerouted back to them with no charge to me.

Nhawk yeah newegg sometimes can take a while to ship but most of the time its quick i would say.
