NEW Braun Flex XP 5614 shavers w/ FREE gift

I have 5 brand new Braun Flex XP series shavers (model 5614) for sale.
$49 each + actual shipping charges.
Each shaver comes with a bonus (i.e. free) Braun battery-operated travel shaver!

This normally sells for $70 (lowest price search using two different price search engines found J&R at $69.88) and UP each. Their kit does NOT even include the free travel shaver bonus!

I also noticed it at Target for about $79.99, without the travel shaver bonus.

PayPal or personal check accepted.

I know, I know MonteLDS LOL :)
This is my first time offering non-PC gear for sale anywhere actually.
I only thought of it because of the post about the Oral B stuff, which was
at the top when I posted some changes (added prices) to my PC hardware post...

If I don't sell them I will keep them since the screen and cutter alone for my Braun Syncro 7526 shaver cost $25...

I've never had too much luck with electric shavers. I need a weed wacker for my beard.

Toro makes some good weed wackers LOL.
Unfortunately I don't have any ;)

I don't have thick beard growth, so electric shavers have always worked great for me.

I guess I'll try ebay. Just haven't bothered up until now.

I was at Target yesterday buying some furnace filters yesterday and noticed they still sell the same 5614 for $79.99 a piece, NOT including the travel shaver that mine all include.

I wasn't aware that you sold stuff, VEFF. Where do you sell them?

I would buy the shavers but I picked up a bunch of cheap travel shavers from Fry's a couple of months ago for $3 each...

Actually I haven't sold much stuff. Nothing at all recently UALOneKPlus.
I did sell some CD burners (about four in total) and a single DVD burner some time ago, oh and I almost forgot - one Xbox (that I received in addition to cash when selling the DVD burner).
It was all done through the cdrom-guide.com's BST (Buy Sell Trade) forums, since it was less formal than ebay, and the transactions were simpler to complete.

I bought the shavers on sale thinking of keeping them or giving them as gifts, but one of my brothers uses a blade, the other uses a Norelco rotary shaver...
I'll probably give my dad one for his birthday or Christmas...
I thought of keeping the rest, since the screen/cutter on alone on my existing shaver (Braun 7526) cost $25 or so...

Nice deal $3!
Speaking of deals, I am finally slowing down on Hot Deals.
My best one was a Compaq FS740 17" flat screen monitor with JBL Platinum (computer) speakers.
It was on clearance for $150 last December. There was a $150 MIR too, making it FAR (Free After Rebate not inc tax of course). The best thing is that some other Hot Deals people had cleared the store of all but one - which had a broken cardboard outer box. The store took 25% off (I didn't ask for a discount) for the cardboard box being broken (who cares about that anyway), so in the end including the tax I paid, THEY PAID ME $28 to take the new monitor off their hands. The rebate check arrived very quickly too.

These are still available.
All sealed and brand new.

Get one for your father or brother or... for Christmas.

Discount for buying two or more.

These are $40 each now.
I think I am down to 4 now, since I will be giving one as a Christmas gift.

If these don't sell, I might put them on ebay, since I have a piece of audio gear I may put up there.

Thanks Gazza! Nice photos.
They still cost much more in the stores.

Each of mine comes with a bonus Braun travel shaver too;
that alone is worth ~ $15 - $20.

I will put them up on ebay soon (once my first feedback comes through; I am a new seller).

Np Veff, shame I already bought a shaver not too long ago, this would have been a great deal for me had I not gotten one !

Just to addd, you could always try selling them over @ http://forums.anandtech.com/ which is where I do most of my buying/selling (mainly PC stuff), great place to do trading.
Just read the rules/regulations and you should be set.

Thanks for the tip Gazza!
I may just try that.

The site where I currently sell all my hardware is essentially for PC gear only...

Just to confirm I am down to 4 now.
I gave my father one for his birthday, in addition to anohter gift.
He loves it, because the one he bought three months earlier wasn't working well.
Because he procrastinated, he can't return the other one 60 day return policy).

I will probably put these up on ebay this weekend.

Someone asked me what the discount for buying two is, since I had mentioned a discount in an earlier post in this thread.

Unfortunately, that discount comment was made when I was offering them for $49 each, as opposed to the $40 each that I am asking now.

I am going to put them up on ebay, along with [probably] both my
PX-708A drives and other stuff (New 52X CD-RW drive, center channel speaker, 12X BTC DVD-ROM drive etc.) after my feedback for the camera (and router, if I sell it today) comes through.

Hi Paul.
It is $40 + shipping.
If you provide me with your zip code by Private Message, I can give you a quote for S&H.

Also make sure to follow the charging instructions (i.e. fully charge and then discharge 3 times or so by using shaver till the charge is gone, rather than charging itdaily; this will greatly extend the battery's performance.
The ebay buyer had some problems with his, which Braun fixed or replaced under warranty for him).
I have been using mine for about two weeks now on a single charge, with no problems at all.

It also works as a corded shaver, which is how I will use it after the initial charging break-in is done.

NOTE: I am not sure there is officially still a warranty on it, but he did get coverage on the one I sold him by the Braun authorized service center.
