I was wondering if there is anyway of buying just a black faceplate for my LITEON 811S

Don't bother. There is a Krylon that is for painting plastic, comes in black.

it's a spray paint and i am afraind of getting the paint inside the drive. i once used a spray for my computer case and it came out like sh*t

Take the face plate off and then paint it. It's fairly easy to remove.
1. Use paper clip to eject tray
2. Slide off the front of the tray
3. Use screw driver to push it tabs for rest of bezel
4. Pull off bezel
5. Paint!
