This is a brand new drive in seal-pack. Never opened. The price is still negotiable. I will use the shipping method suggested by the buyer as long as he pays for the shipping. I will accept paypal or check.

HEY! ahaali

I know that your HD is ATA 100, but have you tell the buyer that it's a shitty one because it's only 5400 RPM instead 7200 Rpm.

I believe with the price you asked, I can get it about $10 to $15 USD cheaper at the computer fair. For myself if I pay $75 I would get 7200 rpm and ATA 100 or ATA 133 for $80.
So, next time if you want to sell something, which you do not want me to speak up, please!
Post reasonable price; I believe this site is create to help people not to make profit.

For buyer who interest on this drive I would pay $50 to $55 max. Remember! Even this HD is brand new, but it’s an old model. Therefore, you do not have full 3 yrs warranty from Maxtor.
More info about his drive, go to

anyway! cheer

Since I bought the drive for about a $100 on ebay I considered 75$ a reasonable price...also, I searched for the lowest price for the drive on the web which was around the 95-100$ mark. Hence, I won't be making any profit on the drive. I put in the exact model number so that the buyer can use it to investigate the specs.. I have no reason to hide that it's a 5400 model because I am not selling it for the price of a 7200 model. Anyways, as I said the price is negotiable I can sell it for 55$ if it satisfies the customer.

Why can't you let people make their own decisions? Don't jump on the guy for trying to sell some extra equipment.
