Both drives are OEM, so all you get is a bare drive.

pcclub has a special right now for 115$ I think it's still around check pcclub.com hope it's still good :)

It looks like that is the price of 80 GByte drive, not the 120 GByte drive, which is listed for $179.99 (scroll to the bottom):

Too bad. The $115.99 price would be super for the 120 GByte drive, but it isn't a good price for the 80 GByte version. And $179.99 isn't a good price for the 120 GByte version.
