My labeling kit should come this week, but I just got an e-mail saying that Best Buy expects to ship my burner in the next 22 days.

I got the drive about 10 days ago, but I only just mailed out my rebates, due to vacation.
Now I am curious as to how well the drive performs.
Maybe I'll sell some of my other CD burners, since I have no need for several of them.

Ordered on the 14. Got the label thingy long time ago. Checked my account today when I saw the CC deal:

Status: 1 item(s) - Order in process of being fulfilled; Usually ships in days

I ordered on the 16th, and I got my label kit last Monday.

I just checked the BestBuy web site because of what you said, and I saw that my LTR-52327S is no longer backordered either!

Just got email from best buy too, drive has shipped, I was kinda frustrated when i got the email saying how it was expected to ship in the next 22 days. but fortunately they didnt use all of that time to procrastinate.

I just got my burner today. The box was not sealed shut, though the drive itself has a seal on it. Just out of curiousity, has anyone received a box which is sealed shut?

I just did a tracking on mine. It was in Hodgkins, Ill. yesterday at 11:17AM. Due to be delivered to me Friday.

Mine has been keeping yours company Slim. UPS shows that it arrived in Hodgkins, IL on Aug 30 at 2:24 AM and departed there at 3:22 AM. It must have liked it there because it arrived back in Hodgkins at 6:20 AM. UPS shows it leaving again on Sep 2 at 11:46 AM and is due to be delivered Sep 4.

Mine stayed in Hodgkins, IL from August 30 to September 2. It is due to arrive this Friday!

Edit: I noticed something interesting... My drive arrived to Hodgkins, IN, and then it left and arrived in Hodgkins, IL. My label kit (arrived a long time ago) did the same thing. Interesting...

Hodgkins, IL is a huge place for UPS, almost all of my packages go through there, unless they are air packages, and then they go through Des Moines, Iowa. The reason why your package stayed in Hodkings from the 30th to the 2nd was because that was the weekend + the holiday.

Can you return the Avery label kit, and only keep the burner to do 2 rebates instead of 3, and still end up with the $9.99 price?

One of the reasons I wanted to get a Liteon was to be able to check C1 errors and all that stuff, so wanted to get K-Probe, which went missing;) Also need to flash the drive, it has FW QS08 atm.
