Funny how the actual Neo Geo from the way back when went for almost $500 at $200 a game. Is this little portable still supported or are they clearing it out for good?

SNK pulled out of the US market a few years ago and took the NGP with them. Stupid decision IMO since it was 100x better than the GB Color. You can still get games on ebay for pretty cheap. Asian games will play on the US NGP too.

Don't forget, this is the Neo Geo POCKET-- not the "full" Neo Geo system that was a home/arcade unit (that was the $500 one).

Still a great, great system. My NGPC has probably seen much more use since I got it (about 3 years ago now) than my GBA ever has... they did a great job with the system.

I see it appears to be sold out now. At least at the $29.99 price-- it does say it's Amazon's #1 seller. good to see the system have a last little fling with popularity...
