On the Western Digital 80 gig internal Hard drive rebates for this pass deal it says on the rebate form with the booklet officemax gives you that it only requires orginal upc and copy of receipt but on the online one it says the capacity label as well. Who is right?

Where is the serial number label and capacity label on the western digital internal hard drive? Not sure but may include the serial number label as well just in case.

there's no serial# label - you just write down the ser.# from the disc... capacity "label" is the silverish big sticker/label on the box, that shows the capacity... "80GB"... you have to cut it out, that's it

Actually the UPC code on the bottom of the cardboard insert inside the plastic box is what they want. It also includes the drive's serial number on the same sticker. When it is folded inside the plastic container you can view it from the bottom of the container. My guess is that the capacity sticker is the big 80 sticker on the front of the cardboard insert.

They seem to be making these rebates more difficult to claim...
