Amazon has 100pk Memorex 4x Printable DVD+R discs for $85 w/ free shipping. These work at 8x speeds and should have "RICOHJPNR01" media codes. Good reviews at DVDRhelp.

I believe the HP300i's fastest burn speed is 4x. So, it should work fine with this media.
