Paraphrasing dealnews.com:

SupermediaStore.com has Ritek (Ridata) 4x DVD+RW media 25-packs for $35 via coupon code "d5off" (Ahem!). Comes on a spindle. Shipping is around $5 according to dealnews. If this is good RW media, a good deal I would think.

Seems like a good deal. Anyone have experience using these on a Pioneer 107?

Anyone know if Supermediastore is a reliable place to order from?

The Memorex deal is $26.99 (after $18 instant rebate only until 4/10). However shipping showed up as $5. I guess it's too late to do a pick-up since the stores are just about all closed now.

I gather that SupermediaStore.com is a part of Meritline. I've ordered from Meritline several times myself with absolutely no problems and fast delivery. At least one or two others in this forum have had good experiences ordering from Supermediastore. I just ordered Riteks today.

Meritline sure operates under many names. Isn't Shop4tech also supposed to be Meritline?

If they had a free shipping offer, it would really sweeten the deal.

I bought these discs.

nero shows them as RICOHJPN

pioneero A06 shows burn speed of 2.5x

I have another very picky dvd drive that only likes certain media.

It reads these dvds ok, on occassion i do have to eject the dvd and reinsert it because it hangs on mounting the disc.

However the pioneer that burnt the dvds doesnt have a problem at all reading them.

So far i have burnt about 10 of them, one of the discs i have reburnt several times without any writing problems, Overall im happy with them.
