Well, my order arrived, bubble wrapped with peanuts. The vendor didn't provide any communication which was a little cause for concern. I guess NewEgg has spoiled me.

i can say the same for newegg, they have such a great online buying experience that its hard to go anywhere else

only thing that anyone could complain about is not having UPS for a shipping courier, course its not my complain but someone's that member name starts with aviationwi...

Newegg has lost business from me because they use FedEx. That's the way I work. Newegg is a good company, but they use a sub-par quality shipping courier. Doesn't work with me. I buy places that exclusively ship UPS, or places that use UPS & DHL, any combination not including FedEx. Now, if newegg had a great deal, or they were the only one to have it (like with the SOHD-167T) I just bought, they were the only ones to have it, I still bought it from them, but I would have jumped at a company that offers UPS service to carry it, like ZipZoomFly for example.
