Homer? I thought your name was Earl. :D

You might find one cheaper online, but Office Max has a Kingston 512MB one for $29.99 after $10 MIR.

If you need a bigger one, Staples has a Sony Micro Vault 1GB for $59.94 after a $25 rebate. The Staples one might be the better deal since they have the online rebates.

The Staple's one might be good since I have a $10 coupon. However, I hate rebates! Rosewell 2 GB is $74 at newegg

Hey Homer, want to be a guinea pig? :D

You can buy the Rosewill at Chief Value for the same price. I don't know if the company is owned by Newegg but it appears that way. Pricing varies, sometimes higher or lower than Newegg, depending on what you want.

the speeds are so much faster then my 4gb, because the iomega has an actual spinning hard drive inside, no memory chips

ETP,

If you're still looking, I just noticed that Best Buy has a special on Western Digital's 40g Passport hard drive. It's usb powered.

$100 after $50 rebate. Price is good until 5/7/05

My mistake, it's two rebates. Only about an hour remains before expiration- LINK

At this late hour you can order on-line for store pick up..
