When good media comes around I normally stock up. I haven't seen any good media at the big box retailers on sale for a long time. I used to go to BB and get the MIJ 8x +R Fuji DVDs but those are no more. Now I get the impression the only good discs to get are verbatim and those are never on sale. Anyone have any quality media recommendations for this week or is it worth paying more $$$ and buying something online.

Yeah, I haven't seen any deals on Verbatim media in awhile. Even then, I wasn't buying much of it since the quality was varying a lot between the CMC and Prodisc manufactured stuff.

I've been pretty happy with Sony's 16x DVD media. It works pretty well with most drives and if you can find it on sale, its cheap.

Great, I think CC has some Sony on sale, so I'll pick up a few.
