I'm not sure what "Business Edition" means, but this is the cheapest I have ever seen this drive sell for.

The Business Edition of the Yamaha drive does have a different box. I'm guessing it probably comes with a different software bundle than the regular retail version.

That is my presumption also, but I don't know how the software bundles differ.
