What about SSH, non of your plans include ssh??? and cPanel is something like DirectAdmin??

Most web hosting companies don't offer telnet/SSH access nowadays. Some don't have the capability, others think it is a security risk, others don't know what *NIX shell accounts are, and yet others aren't running *NIX at all. :P
