I think i am set on a GeForce 4 ti4200 from newegg.com for $125. There are so many manufactures to choose from though...should i get ASUS 64 MB 8x, PNY 64 MB 4x, Aopen 64 mb 8x, Chaintech 8x, or PNY 64mb 8x

All of those manufacturers are good. If you have an Asus board, go with the Asus. I've heard that Asus products seem to work better together than with other boards. Just get the one that's cheaper, and with the best HSF over the GPU.

EDIT - Need to print ad and take in-store in order to get price. I also believe that it ends today. In case they are out, they do rainchecks but you will probably have to purchase the item on back-order for the rebates sake.
